Twisted Soul, owned by local lesbian chef Deborah Van Trece, will be offering free lunch to government employees who are furloughed because of the government shutdown.
Furloughed employees can make a reservation to receive free lunch from 11 A.M to 3 P.M. on Monday, January 21. The meal will include Springer Mountain Fried Chicken, Blackened Tilapia, Cajun Red Beans and Rice, Farm Vegetables, Buttery Mashed Potatoes, and more.
