LOVE. According to The Beatles it’s the only thing we need. This time last year, we were celebrating our community and the right to have our love recognized LEGALLY. As we have come to learn, we can’t take any of these rights for granted. We are not certain what the future holds, but never lose the ability to love one another. For all minorities out there, we must unite as one and make sure that love will always win.

In our second issue of QLife, we want to remind you of all the beauty that still exists in the world around you. We want you to know that you are beautiful, strong, talented and deserve to be here. Never let anyone make you feel inferior, because you aren’t.

Willam takes our cover story and fills us in on what’s going on with his new book and new role in a mini-series on LGBTQ activism. Andrew Christian shares his models in a new book that will leave you felling like you found love. Carson Kressley raises money for homeless LGBTQ youth on The New Celebrity Apprentice, and Loni Anderson moves from radio to Internet in “My Sister is So Gay.” Friends of Dorothy are darker (and hotter) than any other Oz you’ve seen in the new TV series Emerald City. Jamie Morris and Robert Ryan headline in Puppetry of The Penis in Las Vegas.

As QLife continue to expand into the Los Angeles and New York communities, we’re proud to sponsor LGBTQ and HIV/AIDS organizations. This month we welcome AIDS Project LA and Broadway Cares. QLife is also partnering with upcoming Dining Out for Life events in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and state-wide in New York.

We’re so excited to have completed our first month online. Our web traffic saw exponential growth. Readers love our social media edition on Facebook, and our tweets were seen almost 400,000 times on Twitter. Be sure to follow us on all your social media profiles.

Love,
